Download & Install New Coolsat Bin

Coolsat 7000

NOTE: Please Read The Instruction Carefully Before Attempting To Program Your Receiver.

Instruction to Download Program for Coolsat 7000

1) Plug the provided USB in your computer.
2) Click DOWNLOAD on the bottom of the page.
3) Click Bin_7000_..... to download Bin file.
4) Chose Save --> Computer --> Removeable Disk --> Save --> Close(when done).
5) Click Channel_7000_..... to download Channel file.
6) Same as step 4.
7) Click Keys_7000_..... to download Key file.
8) Same as step 4.
9) Unplug USB from computer, you are done downloading.

Instruction to program Bin file into Coolsat 7000

1) Turn receiver on --> Plug USB in back of receiver.
2) Wait for pop up (if it doesn't unplug and plug USB back in again) click the Red Button(next to green and yellow button) on your remote to program the Bin_7000_.....
3) When done receiver will shut off, turn it on again.
4) You are done programing the bin.

Instruction to Program Channel file into Coolsat 7000

1) Turn receiver on --> Plug USB in back of receiver --> wait for pop up
2) Press Right until Channels_Coolsat7000_..... appears then press Red Button.
3) When done receiver will shut off, turn it on again.
4) You are done programing the channels.

Instruction to Program Keys into Coolsat 7000

1) Turn receiver on --> Plug USB in back of receiver --> wait for pop up
2) Press Right until Keys_Coolsat7000_..... appears then press Red Button.
3) When done receiver will shut off, turn it on again.
4) You are done programing the Keys.

Congratuatlion! You have just program your own receiver, unplug USB and store it in a safe place.

Instruction to Download Program for Coolsat 5000

1) Click DOWNLOAD on the bottom of the page.
2) Click Bin_5000_.... to download Bin file.
3) Choose Save --> Desktop --> Save --> Close(When done).
4) Click Channel_5000_.... to download channel file.
5) Same as step 3.
6) Click STB_Tool to download software use for programing.
7) Same as step 3.
Congratulations! you are done downloading STB_Tool(use for programing), Firmware, and Channel file to your Destop.

Instruction to Program Firmware File into Coolsat 5000

1) Turn receiver On --> Connect Programming cable(Straight Through RS 232) --> one end to the back of the box, the other to the back of the receiver.
2) Double click STB tool follow the prompt until the software open.
3) Click on Auto Detect
4) if the prompt comes up as Version ..... Dectected --> click Finish.
5) if the prompt is connect your receiver and turn it on, check your connection you might not be connected or your receiver is not ON. if you are sure the connection is right and your receiver is ON, then your programing cable is not the right one. In any case, make sure you have the prompt Version ... Dectected.
6) Click Browse --> Choose Destop --> Click on Bin_5000_...(the current bin) --> Open.
7) Click Connect --> Start --> Finish(when done).
Congratulation! you have just learn to program Bin file to your receiver.

Instruction to Program Channel file into Coolsat 5000

1) Turn receiver On --> Connect Programming cable(RS 232) --> one end to the back of the box, the other to the back of the receiver.
2) Double click STB tool follow the prompt until the software open.
3) Click on Auto Detect
4) if the prompt come up as Version..... Dectected --> click Finish.
5) if the prompt is connect your receiver and turn it on, check your connection you might not be connected or your receiver is not ON. if you are sure the connection is right and your receiver is ON, then your programing cable is not the right one. In any case, make sure you have the prompt Version ... Dectected.
6) Click Browse --> Choose Destop --> Click on Channel_5000_...(the current channel file) --> Open.
7) Click Connect --> Start --> Finish(when done).
