Coolsat 5000

NOTE: Please Read The Instruction Carefully Before Attempting To Program Your Receiver.

Instruction to Download Program for Coolsat 5000

• 1) Click DOWNLOAD on the bottom of the page.
• 2) Click Bin_5000_.... to download Bin file.
• 3) Choose Save --> Desktop --> Save --> Close(When done).
• 4) Click Channel_5000_.... to download channel file.
• 5) Same as step 3.
• 6) Click STB_Tool to download software use for programing.
• 7) Same as step 3.
• Congratulations! you are done downloading STB_Tool(use for programing), Firmware, and Channel file to your Destop.

• 1) Turn receiver On --> Connect Programming cable(Straight Through RS 232) --> one end to the back of the box, the other to the back of the receiver.
• 2) Double click STB tool follow the prompt until the software open.
• 3) Click on Auto Detect
• 4) if the prompt comes up as Version ..... Dectected --> click Finish.
• 5) if the prompt is connect your receiver and turn it on, check your connection you might not be connected or your receiver is not ON. if you are sure the connection is right and your receiver is ON, then your programing cable is not the right one. In any case, make sure you have the prompt Version ... Dectected.
• 6) Click Browse --> Choose Destop --> Click on Bin_5000_...(the current bin) --> Open.
• 7) Click Connect --> Start --> Finish(when done).
• Congratulation! you have just learn to program Bin file to your receiver.

• 1) Turn receiver On --> Connect Programming cable(RS 232) --> one end to the back of the box, the other to the back of the receiver.
• 2) Double click STB tool follow the prompt until the software open.
• 3) Click on Auto Detect

Coolsat 4000
