I was watching the channels before, now all the channel show 'no signal' what happen to my receiver?
First, you need to check the cable connection. Second, if the receiver is new or just been reprogram, the signal might not be stabled. Reset the receiver by turn it off in the back and turn it back on.
I have Coolsat receiver, what happen when all channels show 'scramble channel'?
If you just program the receiver, the receiver needs to download the current key. If you are watching and this happens, the key has been change; please allow 5 to 10 minutes for the receiver to download the new key. If after 10 to 15 minutes and all channels are still show 'scramble channel', there might be new program.
Why my remote does not response?
Coolsat's remote is a universal remote. You might press the tv or vcr button so press the STB button to which back.
How do I know if I have Dish Pro LNB or not?
If you have a direct tv dish, it is not a Dish Pro. If you have dish network dish (dish 500), look at the head or the LNB of the dish. It should have the black logo said Dish Pro or not.
